i would like to plan a trip to china to look for a reliable wholesaler for my evening

i need to book ticket, hotel and of course a tour guide who knows there way around the best dress manufacturers. how can i go about doing all this? i reside in USA, and i plan to go for no more than a wk how much am i looking to spend for my entire stay
