About:FAQ on China Postal Service

good morning, I compared the Internet via a product, November 20, 2013 in acuierdo traking system indicates that this shipment is in the status "opening" from the 4th of December to date. Could you tell me that this is due to? if the package came from china or still in China?

Don't worry! It is heading for Chile now. Just as it is being transported overseas, the exact location is hard to know, so there is no update. Anyway, since it has been such a long time, I believe it is on the way to you.
