Is there any difference when having a baby born at the beginning, middle or end of the zodiac calander?

Due to Chinese lunar calendar, there are two zodiac signs in a year, one in the very beginning of the year and the other in the rest months. Therefore, in the two periods, babies will have different characteristics.0
