About:Hangzhou Transportation Smart Card

Getting money back by traveling by bike in Hangzhou

I am currently living in Shanghai and a few mates and I are planning on heading down to HZ for a day. I heard the best way to get around is by bike but we do not want 300 RMB to be stuck on a card that we cannot use again. Is it possible to get your money back in cash after our trip? Can we hire multiple bikes with 1 card?

Firstly, I'd like to tell you that it is impossible to hire mutiple bikes with one card. Strictly, it should be one card for one bike.

To rent the bike, you need to get an IC card. As long as you timely return the bikesd during the operation hours of the service centers, they will give your all money back. Don't worry!
