my husband was born on november 30 1972. is this also a good year for him to move to other company or find another job for a better salary? are we lucky this year, work,relationship health and career? thanks

You will be lucky in career in 2014. As long as u work hard and make constant progress, you will get a promotion by the end of the year. As for your hubby, he can consider changing a job or start his own business and he will be successful in doing that. Generally, both of you will be healthy enough. Just remember to have a good rest!
