About:China Family Reunion Visa

Q1 visa in or outside China?

Hi, I am a foreign student here, about to graduate. After my graduation I will need a Q1 from my husband who is still studying and hence still has a X. Do I need to go back to my country or can I get one without leaving the country?

Hi, I think you misread the requirements, you need to apply for S1 type for family visit. And as far as I know, you can apply for extension at local PSB without leaving.

Yes carol is right now you can apply S1 without leaving the country
