Booking tickets a few months in advance

My wife and myself is planing to travel from Hefei to Tianjing, then to Nanjing, late April and early May 2014. Can I book the tickets now in online, and then collect the tickets in Hefei?
Do we have to book separately with each's REAL-NAME?
Can I pay with a UK credit card?
What evident I am going to have after the booking, with which I can collect the tickets in Hefei?
Apart from the marked ticket price, anything other payment I need to be aware of?
