Temporary resident permit and latent Tuberculosis

Can you obtain a temp resident permit in China if I have latent (not infectious) Tuberculosis? Ie positive Tb test but nil symptoms and clear chest x-Ray consistently since childhood? Will additional testing or monitoring be required? Any experience anyone?

I answer is 100% NO! I have Pneumonia scars all over my lungs from when I was a teenager. I got my Chest X-Ray and I was informed that had been TB then I wouldn't have been past, after a TB test I clear and I got my RP (Resident Permit.) TB carriers are not allowed to work in China due to the large amount of people in China already.
