RA580295591CN was scanned Dispatching Nanjing International on 26.12.2012. How long?

My parcel was last scanned 26 December, there has been no new scans since. The agent I ordered the stuff through gave me a second tracking number yesterday. This has now since arrived in Cape Town. My last question asked was that I should wait another 2 weeks for delivery when I stated that my delivery date was meant to be 24 Dec. Two weeks has now passed & nothing has changed on the scan
