About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

Laptop as hand luggage on domestic chinese flights, OK?

Please can you tell me whether it is possible to take a piece of carry-on baggage (five kilos) plus a laptop or handbag on domestic chinese flights?
