About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Visa Requirement for Malaysian

1. I am malaysian if i wanted to apply L type to China which form should i fill up Form V,2011A or Form V,2013?
2. The document requirement are Form V and Passport Siza photo am i right?
3. Can i apply the visa first before purchase the air ticket?
4. Can i get someone to apply and collect on behalf of me in KL? Do i need to give he/she a authorise letter to bring along?

You should fill the 2013 application form and print it out. Most Chinese embassies don't accept hand-written applications anymore. Yes, a same size photo as that one on your passport is required. And you can entrust a person or even an agency to submit your application and collect your visa for you. I don't think a letter of authorization is needed.
