About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

If I have a staff ticket (subload) from chengdu back to Doha will I be restricted entry?

Since a staff ticket is subload and not confirmed until after a seat is allocated after other pax have checked in, will I be in violation of the terms regarding entry in the first place.
Thanks

Well, staff ticket or standby air tickets are not valid for 72 hours free transit. You must have confirmed onward air tickets and visa (if required) for 72 hours free transit.
