From Yau Tong, you can take the Kwun Tong Line to Prince Edward Station and then change to Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King Station. Then you can change to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station. From Sunny Bay, you can find the Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland directly.
