About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

When will be Chinese New Year period 2014 in Chinese Consulate in Tokyo?

Will be passable to get express L type (same day-30th of January) with Polish passport? The office will be open on 31 of January and 3th of February?

The consular department will be closed on Jan. 31, Feb 3 and 4 in 2014 during Chinese Spring Festival Holidays. As far as I know, the express or rush service should be permitted by the officers if you plan to use express or rush service.
