Your passport, finished 2013 application form affixed with a recent six month's photo as large as the one on your passport, an invitation letter and your resident permit for employment in South Africa (both original and copy versions). If you don't have the invitation letter, you should provide the round-trip air tickets and hotel reservation in PRC.
