I will travel to shanghai at 21-26 March.. How is the weather?

Is it need a coat or a light jacket is enough? Thx

According to the previous records, the average temperature is around 10 to 20C during that time. If you meet the rain, the temperature will become a little bit low.
I think a coat and a think sweater are enough. Please do not worry.
