About:China Postal Service

Hello, the I have no update of my package RB882431267CN since the 23rd of November. Can u help pls?

I have been waiting for this package since October 20th. I feel like it will never reach me especially since it has never left China. Any chance you can comfort me and let me know when i will be receiving this parcel? Thank you

Hi,
Thank you for your reply but unfortunately i already have this information from before. My question was that my parcel's status has been still since November 23rd, and a month and a half has passed since then without the status changing and without me receiving anything, So when should i be expecting it to arrive? Why is it still in China after 2 months and a half??

Actually, your parcel should have left China now and on the way to the destination. I suggest you wait till the end of this week and then go to your local office to check its ariva. After all, it has been such a long time.
