About:Hong Kong MTR - Island Line

from Ammar mosque, is it possible for me to take Tram to Central station in HK?

if so, where should i wait for the tram and where should i get off from the tram?

Of course you can do it.
From where you are, you can walk to Hennessy Road (Tonnochy Road) Station find the Tram lines North Point - Whitty Street(Shek Tong Tsui)/Shau Kei Wan - Kennedy Town/Shau Kei Wan - Western Market/Whitty Street(Shek Tong Tsui) - Causeway Bay/Kennedy Town - Happy Valley to reach Des Voeux Road Central (Pottinger Street) Station and then walk to the Central Station.
