About:Hong Kong Airport Bus

Can I use MTR to go to Kowloon (East Tsim Sha Sui) from the HK airport and how much does it cost?

Yes, you can and you can take the airport express line to get to Tsing Yi Station and change to Tung Chung Line to Nam Cheong Station. Then change to West Rail Line to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station easily.
