something was wrong with this tracking, its keep repeating opening and dispatching in the same place! and now there is no parcel for it. anyone can help me please.

The latest status still shows that it was under opening and dispatching in Shenzhen International and it is strange.
I suggest you to contact the seller to ask whether they can return the money back to you.
