Question

My parcel is showing on begging air port since 13 dec 13, why they are keeping the item when it handed over to them for further dispatch, China postal service is so slow, I can't imagine!Any body help to push the package further.

The China Post does not keep the parcel. Usually, the parcel was delivered to the airport, it was prepared to sent out of China, but it will wait for the suitable flight. This process sometimes need a short time, sometimes takes long. During this process, there is no update online. It is suggested to wait patiently.
