For wholesale women accessories, bags, chlothing , I think the best city is Yiwu.
Yiwu has the biggest market in the world.
If you come to Shanghai, you can come to Yiwu to have a look , it take about 2.5 hours from Shanghai to Yiwu by Bullet train.
