Are the VOA Office opening and closing times still current?

I know the application system has changed in 2013 and wonder if that has affected the VOA office opening times. In particular, I have been told that the Shekou ferry VOA office closes at 16.30 each day. Is that correct or is it 17.30? Is Louhu still open until 22.30? Thanks in advance.
