About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Hi I'll be staying at the city view. Just to confirm, I can use the free airport shuttle to kowloon then take k5 to city view right? How much is the total fee?

You need to take the airport express to Kowloon Station and change to free shuttle bus line K5 to your hotel. The free shuttle bus only operate between the Kowloon Station and the hotels.
The fare for the airport express is 90HK$.
