About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

I've never been in China before. I want to go Changsha from Shanghai PuDong. Is there any safe, cheap and fastest way to arrive Changsha?

I know there is a bullet train between the two but I don't know how many hours it takes.

Moreover, if I want to go Hong Kong from Changsha, how much the bullet train will cost?

Well, bullet train shall be a good way to travel from SH to Changsha. Train no. G576/G577 takes around 6h and 40min and costs CNY468.5 for a second class seat and CNY694 for a first class seat. Train no. D105/D108 takes around 9.5h and the train ticket fare is CNY257.5 for a second class seat and CNY323.5 for a first class seat. Both of them can be taken at Hongqiao Railway Station, which can be reached by local subway line 2 from Pudong Airport.

I'm afraid there is no direct bullet train service between Changsha and HK. You can take a bullet train to Guangzhou first, which costs CNY219-314 for a second class seat and CNY349-504 for a first class seat. It takes 3-4h to reach. U will be taken to Guangzhou South Train Station, from which you are suggested to take local subway line 2 and transfer to line 1 to the East Train Station. There you can take a T-train to HK within around 2h.

Hi Ayse,
the fastest bullet train traveling from SH to Changsha takes 6 and a half hours(G576, 468 yuan, from 08:35 to 15:15pm), you can buy ticket at SH Hongqiao railway station. and from Changsha there is not any train directly goes to HK, but you could take bullet train to Shenzhen first(G79, 3 hours), and then goes to HK from shenzhen.
