About:Famen Temple Cultural Scenic Area

From Xian , can we go to Famen Temple & Great Buddha temple in 1 day, by public transportation?

For Great Buddha Temple, you must refer to Bid Wild Goose Pagoda. Well, time will be so tight to visit them two in a day by public bus. However, you can visit the square of the Great Buddha Temple (open for 24h) in the afternoon after visiting Famen Temple.
