is there any good picnic spot in guangzhou,where we can eat,play and enjoy for whole day,cause i stay here but most of the park they dont allow eating or something picnic like.

You may have to go to suburb for picnic. I know it is allowed for picnic at Panyu Dafushan Forest Park for your reference!
