About:How to Buy Tickets

There are no tickets left for Shenzhen to Guilin?

I looked the other day and there were plenty of seats with three trains leaving. Now it says there are none?

There is only one train from Shenzhen to Guilin. Since your departure date is during winnter holiday, the tickets have been sold out when you check.
