About:FAQ on China Postal Service

when I will get my parcel...?(tracking no. RC290850264CN)

please Help....... Hlw everyone I bought 5 pices of hairband for my baby. but my parcel status has been stucked in "Arrival at delivery office" since 19th December and destination my home country. I contact to the local post office, but they didn't get the parcel yet... now what to do..

Then it may be at your country customs. You can wait for another week and then check that at your local post office.
