i am getting confuse... is year of birth is different from your zdiac sign?

i was born 1991  this is year of metal sheep  and dec 5 still I am a sheep. Why other has different year of birth and here zodiac sign is different.extra question.1988 is year of dragon?

Yes, you are right. The year of birth is different, the zodiac is different to some extent. But is not alway for sure. As I know, there are only 12 zodiac and one zodiac may share several many years. For instance, it is snake year for 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001 and so on. The 1988 is the year of dragon.
