Western New year's eve in Nanning?

Hello me and my european family are staying in NN over the western new year's eve (31.december) and we were wandering if there is any place in the city that celebrates the western new year (countdown to midnight or a party at some bar or a new year's dinner at some resturant or just anything that celebrates the western new year)
