I am born Nov 24th 1969 and my ex was born Sep 19th 1970. He just needed our 4 year relationship.

Will we get back together ? He feels like my soul mate.

According to Chinese astrology, you and your ex are not matchful, so maybe the seperation is suitable for you.
If you still love him, you can just tell him to see whether this relationship can be recovered. If he did not want to, you may need to give up.
