hello , my shipment status is the tracking number is RC011424133CN and destination is to chile . can you tell me when it will arrive . thanks

When i track your parcel it says "Sorry, no result found for your parcel temporarily. Please make sure you enter the right number or try again later!"
Is RC04293970CN as it is not trackable yet?
