About:China Visa Application in USA

I have no inviter, what do I put on form? Also I have no set agenda.

I will be traveling alone doing general sightseeing. Not sure what to fill in that section. Also have no inviter. How do I fill out that section? I plan on getting a L type and at this time will travel sometime between June and October. I will only stay for 30 days or so. Should I apply for the 90 days or the 6 months one as at his time as I don't have an exact departure date.

The form filling instruction says "If some of the items do not apply, please type N/A or None". So you should type N/A or None at that section. Since you don't have the invitation letter, you should provide the round trip air tickets and hotel booking if you plan to apply for the L type. If you book the air tickets, you already know the date of departure.

Usually, the appilcants submit their applications one month in advance before they go. So I think you'd better specify your travel date before you submit your application.
