About:China Postal Service

I'm wondering where is my package. (RC023396165CN)

I haven’t received my order by the defined delivery date.
According to the latest information on Dec 6th. - it's still in location 10010200. What can be the reason of such a long time of keeping parcel in one place? Is there any problem with? When can I expect the delivery of my package?
