About:Shanghai Travel

Will there be public celebrations on the eve of 2014 in Shanghai? If yes, what time and locations?

Yes, there are. I only know two celebrations. One is in Fuxing Park starting from around 20:00 at night and the other one is in the Bund area at around 21:45.
