Hi , me and my husband would like to purchase online the Airport Express Travel Pass . Is it possible to collect it on arrival at HK Airport ? is there any Customer Service Centre ? if yes could someone advise where is located in the airport ?Thanks a lot for your tips Sabrina from Italy

It is impossible to collect the travel pass at HKIA Station and you need to collect it at Airport Express Customer Service Centre at Tsing Yi, Kowloon or Hong Kong Station.There is customer service center in the airport and it can be found it by following the direction boards in the airport. The ticket is not needed if you board the airport express from the airport and you just need to show the order confirmation.
