About:China Postal Service

Sorry, i mistake my tracking number yesterday, my tracking number is RB877745682CN, I want to know where is my order now,

why it's stay at Beijing airport 20 days, I know that is Christmas but 20 days is so long? I use china post air mail. What is the problem?
