About:Jade Dragon Snow Mountain

Can anyone tell me which bus you can take to the jade dragon snow mountain and where it goes and maybe if anyone know how often?

U can take bus no. 7 at the Red Sun Square (Hongtaiyang Guangchang) in Lijiang city to the mountain directly, but I am not clear about the interval.
