Hi, my DOB is 17th June 1971, TOB: 6:10 AM in India. Is it a good time to start my own consultancy

I am planning to start my own management/business research firm post 5th January, 2014. Is a good time to start this, will it be a success and work/good for me. Also, shall I do it on my own or get into a partnership for this. Pls. advise. Thanks
