About:Marriage Registration in China

Is a Thai marriage certificate recognised in china as legal status.

I am Indonesian and my wife is Chinese national, we have registered our marriage in Thailand. Will our certificate be recognised in china

I think it would be better if you both register at the civil affairs bureau in your wife's hometown. Then your marriage will be protected uder Chinese laws.
