Changshui airport to kunming upland international youth hostel

May I know what is the best mode of transport to go.Thank you

Of course taxi shall be the best way to go. By public transportation, I suggest you take airport express bus line 1 to Xinying Community (East Renmin Road), where transfer to bus no. 237 or 54 to get off at Wenmiao/Renmin Middle Station to walk to your hostel.
