About:Kunming Travel

I will be staying kunming upland international youth hostel march next year, may I know how to catch a bus to stone forest from there.

Walk from your hotel to Wenmiao (Renmin Middle Road) Station to take bus no. 237 to local Eastern Bus Station, where there are many direct buses to Stone Forest.

You can also travel by train, as the local main train station is much closer to your accommodation that the Eastern Bus Station. In this way, you can walk to the same bus stop to take bus no. 2 to KM Railway Station, where there are trains to Stone Forest (Shilin). Upon arrival, u can take a car or motorcycle to get there within 10min.
