About:Chinese Embassy in Norway

Hi I'm form sudan I have tearful document form Norway I when go to honkonk can give my visa

What does "tearful document" mean? If you hold passport of Sudan, you should apply for a visa to vist HK. If you are in Norway, you can apply for it from the Chinese embassy there.
