2013-12-31 09:30, SWITZERLAND, DIETZENBACH T, Send item abroad (EDI-received)
2013-12-30 12:22, SWITZERLAND, DIETZENBACH T, Receive item from customer (Otb)
2013-12-30 12:22, SWITZERLAND, DIETZENBACH T, Receive item at office of exchange (Otb)

We can see in end Dec. 2013, it was transfered in Switzerland and was ready to send to your country. You will get it soon!
