Last minute visa for China

I am travelling to Dubai on the 31st in the evening and then onto Guangzhou on the the 5th january for 1 night and the onto to Hong Kong for 2 nights before flying back to Dubai for 1 night and then back to the uk - I have forgotten to apply for it to china is it possible to get one in 24 hours
