Is there a bus from Kashgar to Dunhuang?
and what time does it depart? how long does the journy take?

As I know, there is no direct bus between. If you have enough time, take a train to Turpan first. It takes more than 22h. Then transfer to another train to Liuyuan and it takes around 7.5h. After arriving at Liuyuan, you can take a bus or taxi to Dunhuang.0
