About:China Visa on Arrival

Thailand passport can get VOA at Shenzhen (Luo Hu port)?

I hold Thailand passport. Can i get VOA at Shenzhen? I plan to visit HK before visit SZ. Waiting for your support. Thank you.

I think you can apply for it but the immigration officer has the final say. Usually, it's difficult for those who haven't been to mainland China to apply for this.
