is it possible to change the date of visa in china?

My girlfriend is studying chinese at wenzhou university at the moment but after the study we would like to travel, the problem is that her visa ends before the date we would like to go back, she has a F type wich expires on the 8th of february and we found a flight on the 14th of february.
