Anybody know of a website that will have up to date tracking information?

My tracking number for my parcel is RC276351135CN everytime I check to see where is it, it tells me the last time it was updated was on December 7th, 2013 and that it was sent to the airline. The person I purchased the item from does not speak great English. I got a message back from them saying "Dear: sometimes the tracking information will be slow. You can be illustrated with the customer. Arrived at the local post office query." after asking why my tracking information has not been updated for over two weeks.
